The short version

• We collect only what we need to generate and deliver your reading.
• We delete all of your data within 30 days of your reading being delivered.
• We do not use your data, your palm photo, or your reading to train AI models.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

1. What we collect

When you use Bhagya Speaks, we collect:

• Palm photo: the image you upload of your hand.
• Profile inputs: name, age, gender, relationship status, your stated concern, and what you wish to learn from the reading.
• Contact details: WhatsApp phone number (and country code) so we can deliver the reading.
• Payment details: if you purchase a paid reading, payment is processed by a third-party provider. We receive only a confirmation of payment, not your full card details.
• Basic usage data: standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

2. How we use it

We use the data above only to:

• Generate and personalize your palm reading.
• Deliver the reading to the WhatsApp number you provided.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your palm photo, your profile inputs, or the generated reading to train AI models, our own or anyone else's.

3. Data retention

We keep your data for the minimum time needed to deliver your reading and provide support. All palm photos, profile inputs, and generated readings are deleted within 30 days of your reading being delivered.

A limited record of your transaction (for accounting and tax compliance) and any communication you have with our support team may be retained for longer where required by applicable law.

4. Who we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with a small number of service providers acting on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

• AI model provider: to generate the reading from your palm photo and inputs.
• WhatsApp Business / messaging provider: to deliver the reading to your phone number.
• Payment processor: to handle paid orders.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: to run the Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the Service safe and to act quickly if we ever detect an issue.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what data we hold about you.
• Delete your data ahead of the standard 30-day window.
• Correct any inaccurate information.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate from India. By using the Service, you understand your data may be processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate.
