Terms of Service

1. The service

Bhagya Speaks provides an AI-assisted palm reading product. You upload a photo of your palm and answer a few questions, and we generate a personalized written reading inspired by traditional Indian palmistry. The reading is delivered to you, typically over WhatsApp.

Bhagya Speaks is intended for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not professional advice. Decisions about your health, finances, relationships, or career should not be based solely on the reading.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your content

The palm photo, name, age, gender, concern, wish, and contact details you submit are "Your Content". You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Bhagya Speaks a limited license to process Your Content only to generate and deliver your reading and to operate the Service.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We do not sell Your Content. We delete Your Content within 30 days of your reading being delivered. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Payment

Some readings are offered for a one-time fee shown in INR at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Each reading is generated specifically for you on the inputs you provided, so it is a consumable, personalized service that cannot be returned. Please review your inputs and confirm your order carefully before paying. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery, write to us at [email protected] and we will investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that depicts someone who has not consented.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the reading will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhagya Speaks disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhagya Speaks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or INR 500, whichever is greater.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
